Urgent Complaint: Ceva Delivery Issue in Turkey

Dear CEVA Logistics Global Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with CEVA Turkey’s service. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered to my address, but I was later informed that CEVA does not deliver to my region. This is extremely frustrating as CEVA is a globally recognized company, and I expected reliable service. The local customer service initially promised to get back to me but has failed to provide any solution. I cannot pick up the package from a distant branch due to its size, and I believe home delivery should be standard for all customers. Could you please escalate this issue and provide a solution? Many customers in Turkey might be facing similar problems, and I strongly believe that CEVA should ensure fair and complete service across the country. Looking forward to your prompt response.
