CCleaner Refund Request for Unapproved Charge
On June 14, 2025, $20 USD was charged from my card without any prior email or notification. I did not even use the free trial period. I do not know where or how I have an account. If necessary, I can provide documentation of the card details related to the $20 USD charge.
On June 17, 2025, I sent an email to s******@ccleaner.com regarding this issue, but I have not yet received a response. I do not accept this charge and I request a full refund.
