The CCleaner trial version that I started two months ago ended today, and $19 USD was charged to my card as a new subscription fee. However, I was not informed that the trial period would expire or that my card would be charged afterward. I canceled the membership today as soon as it renewed, but the payment had already been deducted from my card.
