If you were charged for CCleaner even after canceling the subscription and want it fixed fast;
Confirm the cancellation details;
• Log in to your CCleaner account
• Check Subscription / Billing status
• Make sure it shows Canceled or Will not renew
• Find:
– Cancellation date
– Last charge date
– Invoice number
Check where the subscription was billed from;
• Look at your bank/card statement
• Confirm if it was purchased via:
– CCleaner website
– App Store (Apple)
– Google Play
• Note the billing platform and transaction ID
Contact CCleaner Support immediately;
• Say:
– Subscription was canceled but still charged
• Provide:
– Account email
– Cancellation confirmation (screenshot)
– Charge date and amount

Ask them to;
• Reverse the charge
• Confirm auto-renewal is disabled on their system
