I am a high-stakes player who regularly places casino and sports bets on CashWin. My account had a balance of ₺176,500, and when I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly closed.
Customer support provided no real explanation, simply saying "we cannot help". Later, I received a call stating that my account was closed due to IP differences—which is absurd because I only switched devices after my phone battery died. This is clearly just an excuse to avoid paying out my winnings.
So far, they have only refunded ₺20,000, but I am still owed ₺156,500. I demand that CashWin immediately releases the rest of my funds. If this issue is not resolved, I will report this scam to every possible platform until I get my money back!
