On February 6th, I bought 2 Magico drinks from the branch located in İzmir Bornova 4th Industrial Site. Instead of the regular price of 200 ₺, I managed to purchase 2 items for a discounted price of 130 ₺ by using my CarrefourSA card. On the same day, I purchased the same product from the Bornova Erzene Küçük Park branch. Surprisingly, they informed me that there was no discount on Magicos with the CarrefourSA card. As a result, I ended up buying two of them for 200 ₺ each. In my opinion, it is unfair to have varying prices for identical products at different branches on the same day. We were surprised by the implementation of these practices by a company like CarrefourSA. We kindly request your attention to this matter...

"It is said that a resolution process has been initiated, but there will be no solution. I am just expecting a reasonable answer. The insufficient stock excuse is not a lie. If evasive answers are going to be given, no one should call. If a store does not have products like bread, yogurt, margarine, tomatoes, etc., I think it is meaningless for a large shopping center like Carrefour to remain open."
