In my order number 192614872, Carrefour failed to call me when the item was unavailable, even though they should have. On top of that, instead of the lamb shish kebab I ordered, they sent diced lamb full of fat. Despite trying all morning to resolve the issue, I couldn’t reach a solution. I gave up on the matter and filed a complaint about the staff involved. Later, I placed another order, number 193379170. Not only did they fail to deliver it within the expected time frame, but they also didn’t deliver it at all on that day—yet it was marked as delivered. After several calls the next morning, the products finally arrived, but again, there was another surprise—the order was wrong. When I called, their initial response was dismissive, saying “don’t bother us, just return it.” I didn’t want a return. Also, whoever is not doing their job properly should stop causing trouble for customers. Management needs to take responsibility. People without proper training should not be the ones bringing down the reputation of a major company.
