The dishwasher I purchased from Beko was installed on 12-12-2024. Despite being a brand-new product, the side panels were dented and damaged. Even though the authorized service unboxed and installed the dishwasher themselves, they are refusing to replace it with a new one. I have called the call center multiple times and even spoke to a team leader, but no one resolved my issue. No one would agree to have a brand-new product repaired. On 25-12-2024, I was contacted by the headquarters, and they informed me that they would not replace the product and would only offer repairs. Despite filing my complaint through the official channels several times, no one addressed the issue. I even escalated it to CİMER, and it will likely end up in consumer arbitration. They are not standing behind the products they sell, and as long as they drag this out, I will too.
