On June 25, 2023, I received my order number 147894952 from Carrefour, but it arrived late on June 7, 2023, due to an incomplete address. On the same day, I contacted their customer service, and an appointment was scheduled for installation at my home today, July 10, 2023. However, the installation couldn't be completed as the panel (screen) was broken right out of the box. I immediately called Carrefour SA's customer service to request an exchange for the defective product. Carrefour SA has caused great inconvenience with both their shipping delays and sending me a faulty item through online shopping. Zeynep from Carrefour SA customer service was helpful with the shipping issue, but now she's attempting to assist with the faulty product. However, throughout this process, it's the customer who suffers, in this case, that's me. Should I be upset about the delayed delivery or the faulty item? Even if there is an exchange, will the new product arrive intact and on time? It remains uncertain. I appeal to the higher authorities at Carrefour SA—where is customer satisfaction in this situation? Hopefully, Carrefour SA will resolve this process without causing further distress. Just as I anxiously awaited the delivery, now I'm anxiously waiting for the resolution of this matter. As for future online shopping with Carrefour SA... we'll see after this process is completed.
