I purchased a Tchibo Coffisimo Milk coffee machine in a sealed box from Carrefour SA address in Istanbul Besiktas Fulya. When I brought it home and tried to use it, it didn't dispense milk and milk foam. The next morning, I noticed that it was leaking from the water tank. I contacted Carrefour and informed them about the issue. They said that the 14-day return period is invalid because I purchased the electronic item after seeing and liking it in the store. I saw it, liked it, but they caused me inconvenience by asking me to send the machine to the service center for them to fill out a form without even trying the machine by making coffee. In short, if they didn't sell defective products, I would be happy with my coffee machine right now. Stand behind the products you sell or don't sell them.
