We were told that only 2 products in bad condition would be canceled. No one came to the address. We wrote to the WhatsApp line and stated the situation, they said that they could not reactivate our order because it was canceled. I have never seen such a ridiculous thing. You cancel the order according to your mind and you cannot reactivate it in order not to bring it. Moreover, we did not cancel the order, you did.
