Carrefour Canceled My Order After Days Of Waiting

All the products I ordered were canceled because we were supposedly not at the address. We were at home. No one came to the door or called us on the phone. We were told that only 2 products in bad condition would be canceled. No one came to the address. We wrote to the WhatsApp line and stated the situation, they said that they could not reactivate our order because it was canceled. I have never seen such a ridiculous thing. You cancel the order according to your mind and you cannot reactivate it in order not to bring it. Moreover, we did not cancel the order, you did. All of the products that we have been forced to order due to your intensity for days have been canceled with an "unjustified" reason. What kind of service is this? It is not enough that we have been waiting for the order for days, we are also victimized because it was canceled. I demand compensation for this victimization I have experienced.
