Kuryenet Missed Delivery Despite Being Home All Day

On Friday, May 24th, I saw that my package was out for delivery but then marked as "unable to deliver" (claimed I wasn't home). As someone who works from home and is present all day, I was completely baffled.
I tried calling customer service but couldn't get through to anyone. It kept asking me to enter my tracking number, which I did, and then just said "delivery unsuccessful." Well, no kidding, that's why I'm calling!
I googled their Soganlik branch to try to find an address or phone number to contact them directly. Nothing. Zero contact information available.
This is hands down the worst cargo delivery experience I've ever had. A company with absolutely no way to reach them except through complaint sites. Unacceptable service when I was home all day and they made no attempt at redelivery.
