Carjet Deposit Refund Delay – 800 Euros Still Not Returned, No Response from Support
At the end of May, we rented a car through Carjet, and an 800-euro deposit was charged. However, it has yet to be refunded, and Carjet is now ignoring our emails. This lack of response and delay in returning our money is unacceptable.
It feels like Carjet is holding onto our money, and we’re left with no clear way to resolve this. We need advice on who to contact for escalation and how to retrieve our deposit. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I urge others to avoid renting from Carjet to prevent similar issues.
