Dmr Car Rental Delayed My €501 Deposit Refund for 5 Months

I rented a car from Dmr Car Rental five months ago, and I’m still waiting for my €501 deposit to be refunded. Despite sending numerous emails, all I get are vague responses like “your money is on the way,” but nothing ever happens. The phone number they provided is fake, and no one answers. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect Dmr Car Rental to return my deposit immediately, as this delay is unacceptable. I’m urging them to resolve this issue promptly and ensure that other customers don’t experience the same problem.
