Caribou Coffee Order Error

Today, I bought a hot chocolate from Caribou Coffee, but it didn't taste like hot chocolate at all. They handed me a cup of coffee, but I couldn't even try it because it was too hot. I wasted my money, and now I can't enjoy my daily cup of coffee. Due to their error, my day was completely ruined, and I'm still dealing with stomach pain and nausea.
