Overcharged for Coffee at Caribou Coffee Zeytinburnu and Treated Rudely by Staff

On September 21, I visited Caribou Coffee at the Zeytinburnu Olivium outlet to enjoy my usual coffee, as I love their drinks. I ordered a small caramel latte, paid with my card, and waited for the receipt. However, the man behind the counter, who wore glasses, didn't give me the receipt and started talking to the customer behind me instead. While waiting for my coffee, I received a notification on my phone stating I had been charged 230₺. Shocked, I checked the price board and asked the man how much my coffee cost. He responded rudely, saying the price changes for caramel. When I pointed out that 230₺ was too much, he raised his voice, insisting I ordered two coffees, which I hadn’t. When I asked why he didn't give me the receipt, he yelled at me, accusing me of complaining about "paying peanuts for coffee." I was humiliated, and he still refused to give me the receipt. Another customer kindly gave me 125₺ in cash, but the whole experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. The staff's unprofessional behavior has cost Caribou Coffee a loyal customer.
