Unexpected Fees With CarCovers Purchase
Your website's promise of free shipping was a huge relief to me when I made my purchase. After the order was processed, I was promised an email with a tracking number, but never received either. Our lack of communication left me confused about the status of my order. I am aware that shipping times can differ; however, the length of time it took for me to receive my cover was shocking. My order took much longer to arrive than the 2 to 7 days predicted by FedEx Ground, despite the fact that I reside in the contiguous United States. really bothersome that the cover took over three weeks to reach me, though orders to Canada qualify for free shipping, I was disappointed to hear that FedEx may levy duties and customs fees upon delivery. Unexpectedly, there was an additional charge that hadn't been mentioned during the purchase process. they need to be more upfront about any additional costs that may apply to overseas orders.
