Gratis Order Hasn't Even Been Prepared After 2 Days and Estimated 1 Month Wait

Although I ordered free online, the procedure has been somewhat slow. Two days ago I placed an order; it hasn't even gotten to the preparation stage yet. Given a basic order, the projected delivery time feels ridiculous. Although delays are inevitable, this kind of waiting without any improvement irritates me. Faster service and improved communication were what I expected. Considering that it could take even more than the month they first projected is alarming. This encounter makes me reconsider my initial choice to order. As this is not an acceptable service, I would value some openness and better handling of orders.
