Request For A Full Refund Of Unauthorized CapCut Deductions

I am writing to report unauthorized deductions from my Ecocash virtual Visa card for a CapCut Pro monthly subscription that I am not using and to request an urgent resolution. I had only activated a one‑time free trial previously, and I did not intend to continue with any paid subscription afterward. On the 8th, 1 dollar was deducted from my account, and today an additional 5 dollars was taken directly from my Ecocash virtual Visa card for CapCut Pro monthly. I did not knowingly approve or authorize these payments, and I am not using the Pro service. These unexpected charges are frustrating and causing me financial inconvenience. I request that all charges taken after my free trial be fully refunded, that any active CapCut Pro subscription linked to my account be cancelled, and that any future payments through my Ecocash virtual Visa card for this service be blocked. I would like this matter to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
