CapCut Unauthorized Charges On Android Without Subscription
For some time, CapCut on my Android device has been withdrawing money from my bank card without my permission and without any subscription approval from me. On three separate occasions, always around the 23rd of the month, ₺195 was withdrawn each time from my bank card, even though I did not purchase any package or Pro membership in the application and I am not aware of any active subscription. I contacted CapCut regarding these unauthorized charges, but I did not receive any response. I am very uncomfortable with the fact that my bank card is being charged repeatedly without my explicit consent. I request that all of these unauthorized payments be fully refunded to me and that any possible subscription or automatic payments linked to my account be completely canceled. In addition, I want my bank card information to be removed from your system so that no further withdrawals can be made without my knowledge.
