I Face Unauthorized CapCut Pro Subscription Without My Consent
For the past week, my CapCut mobile app account has been automatically upgraded to a Pro subscription without my approval or consent. So far, no payment has been charged, but the fact that this subscription was activated without my authorization is deeply concerning.
I have not yet contacted CapCut customer service, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I am also worried about the security of my account, as this incident suggests possible unauthorized activity.
I request that the Pro subscription be canceled immediately and that CapCut conduct a full security review of my account to ensure there has been no unauthorized access or misuse.
