I Want a Refund for Unauthorized Canva Charge With No Record

On March 23, 2026, at 12:44 PM, Canva charged $60 to my İş Bankası credit card without my knowledge or authorization. The transaction appears on my credit card statement as “Canva Canva.com/ Ns.” I did not receive any prior notification, email, SMS, invoice, or receipt regarding this charge.
I had a Canva account with a saved payment method under the name “ozafıx,” with the email address a***********@gmail.com. However, when I checked the Orders/Invoices section, there was no record of this charge. Since I cannot access any invoice related to the transaction, I have also been unable to properly contact support through the system.
I do not accept this charge being made to my card without my knowledge or consent, especially when I had no saved card details visible in the system. I am requesting an immediate investigation into how my Canva account and payment information were used, what transaction this charge was based on, and a full refund of the $60 charged to my card. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and all other relevant authorities.
