Canva Took Payment From My Card After Subscription Cancellation

On March 19, 2026, at 10:46 PM, I noticed a charge of $27 made to my İş Bankası card by Canva. When I logged into my Canva account, I saw that all of my subscriptions had been canceled and that I did not have any active subscription. Despite this, since my card information was still saved in the system, I believe an automatic payment was processed without my knowledge or consent.
Additionally, Canva’s monthly subscription fees are typically around 1,900 TRY, so being charged a different amount—8$27—has caused confusion. The transaction appears on my bank statement as “Canva 104825,” and the email associated with my Canva account is c********@gmail.com.
I am requesting that the $27 charge be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that all Canva accounts and stored payment information associated with this email address be completely deleted and closed. Otherwise, I will pursue this matter through legal channels.
