Canva Charged Me $300 Without Any Active Subscription

On March 27, I noticed that a charge of $300 was made from my İş Bankası card through Canva without my knowledge or authorization. Even though there is no active subscription visible in my Canva account, this amount appears to have been charged as a renewal fee.
I want to understand why this transaction was processed despite the fact that I did not give any approval and there is no subscription listed under my account. This unauthorized charge has caused me financial harm and raised serious concerns about the transparency of the system.
I am requesting a full refund of the $300 charge shown on my Canva account. Additionally, I want all automatic renewals and subscriptions associated with my account to be immediately and permanently canceled, and I expect a clear written explanation of why this charge was made.
