I Face Login Error “9916e1d9590b6c6d” and Can’t Access My Canva Pro Account or Designs

Today, I tried to log in to my Canva Pro account from both my computer and mobile device, but each time I encountered the error code “9916e1d9590b6c6d” and was unable to access my account. I also attempted to log in from different devices, but the issue persists.

Initially, my account did open, but none of my designs were visible. When I logged out and tried to sign back in, I began receiving a complete login failure message. As of now, I cannot access any of my saved designs or projects.

I have not yet contacted Canva customer service, but I urgently request that my account be restored and that I regain full access to my Pro features and saved designs. This issue is severely affecting my workflow, and I expect immediate technical assistance to resolve it.
