I Face Server Error on Canva During Important Presentation and Lost Access to My Work
On October 20, 2025, at 9:15 AM (Belgium time), I was unable to access Canva right before an important presentation. When I tried to log in through Google Chrome on my computer using my student account, I encountered the error message:
“500: A server error occurred.”
The issue lasted for about 30 minutes, during which I couldn’t open my presentation or access any of my saved designs. My registered email address is g**********@gmail.com**.
This situation caused me serious inconvenience and stress, especially since I had an important academic presentation at that moment. I also couldn’t reach Canva’s support team for assistance.
It’s disappointing to experience such a server failure on a major platform, and it has shaken my confidence in storing presentations on Canva. I request immediate technical support to restore access to my account and recover my presentation as soon as possible. I also expect appropriate compensation or acknowledgment for the disruption and inconvenience caused.
