Canva Pro Login Glitch — “Technical Issue” Persists for Over a Day

For the past day, I’ve been unable to log in to my Canva Pro account. I’ve tried accessing it both through the website and the mobile app, but every time I attempt to log in, I receive the message: “A technical issue occurred on our end.”

I checked the Canva Help Center for solutions, but I couldn’t find anything related to the issue I’m experiencing. Because I can’t log in, I also can’t contact the technical support team directly. My payment and subscription status are both active, and there are no issues with my account otherwise.

I request that this technical problem be resolved as soon as possible and that technical support be provided to help me restore access to my Canva Pro account.
