I Face Login Error “991703535d6717el” and Can’t Access My Canva Account

For the past two days, I have been unable to log in to my Canva account. Each time I try, the following error message appears on the screen:

“There’s an issue on our end. To help you quickly, please contact Support and include error code 991703535d6717el in the ‘Describe the issue’ section.”

My account is a free account, registered under the email mervte*@gmail.com**. I’ve tried logging in using different internet connections — both at home and elsewhere — but the problem remains the same.

So far, I have not contacted Canva Support, and I have no lost designs or files in my account. I’m simply unable to access the account due to this persistent login error.

I kindly request that Canva resolve this technical issue as soon as possible and restore my access to the account.
