Eneba PUBG Mobile UC Code Invalid and Not Working

I purchased a PUBG Mobile 1500 + 300 UC digital code for iOS from Eneba on September 19, 2026. The order number is o-byyggoo, and I paid €23.76 for the purchase.

When I tried to redeem the PIN code on the official Midasbuy website yesterday, the system displayed error messages such as “invalid code” and “an unexpected error has occurred,” and the UC was not added to my account. I entered the code correctly several times and tried again later, but the problem persisted, and the code is still unusable.

At the same time, the Eneba order page and confirmation clearly show that the product was delivered to me as a working digital key.

I request that Eneba either provide me with a new, fully functional PUBG Mobile 1500 + 300 UC code for iOS or issue a full refund of €23.76 so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
