Canva Charged Me Monthly Even Though I Haven’t Used the App in Months

Sinem's Thank You Message
After much effort, my problem was resolved. Thank you.

I noticed that on October 10, 2025, and November 10, 2025, $32 was charged each month from my virtual bank card for my Canva Pro subscription. I haven’t used the app for a long time, and I only became aware of the issue when another payment was taken this month. The email address registered to my account is s*************@gmail.com.

I tried to cancel my subscription from both my Android and iOS devices, but I was not successful. I also attempted to reach customer support, but I couldn’t access any communication channel. I learned that we have the right to request a refund within 14 days, so I am requesting a refund for the most recent charge.

I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
