Tracelo Unauthorized Charge Refund Request

On September 22, 2025, around 01:00 at night, 949 TL was withdrawn from my Enpara demand deposit account under the name “Tracelo” without my knowledge or consent. I was immediately notified of the transaction via SMS, and right after, I contacted Enpara customer service to report the situation. Customer service informed me that an investigation was opened, but no resolution has been provided yet.
I want to clearly state that this transaction was not made by me and was carried out without my permission. I request the cancellation of this transaction and a refund of the 949 TL. I urgently ask for this issue to be investigated and for my grievance to be resolved.
