Canva Renewed My Subscription Without Consent and Charged $100

Even though I had previously canceled my Canva Pro subscription, it was renewed on March 22 without my knowledge or consent, and $100 was charged to my account. I did not receive any approval request or notification before this charge, which has caused me inconvenience.

I tried to contact Canva via email regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response and could not find any other support channel to reach them. As a result, my issue remains unresolved, and no explanation has been provided for the charge.

I am requesting that the $100 charge for the Canva Pro subscription, which was renewed despite my cancellation, be refunded to my account as soon as possible and that my subscription be fully terminated.
