Canva Charged Me for Pro After I Tried to Cancel
I started a Canva Pro subscription only to try it out. However, despite trying many times, I was unable to cancel the subscription through the system. As a result, even though I did not want it, an annual fee of $63 was charged to my debit card on January 1, 2026.
During this process, I had great difficulty finding anyone to contact at Canva. Reaching support or customer service was almost impossible. Eventually, I managed to cancel the subscription on my own, and I am no longer using the program at all.
My request is that the $63 annual fee charged for this unwanted Pro subscription renewal be refunded to my debit card, and that Canva fix these forced renewal and difficult cancellation processes so that other users do not experience the same problem.
