Canva Charged Me $44 for a Pro Subscription I Tried to Cancel
I started a Canva Pro subscription only to try it out. However, despite repeated attempts to cancel, I was unable to cancel the subscription through the system. As a result, on January 1, 2026, an annual fee of $44 was charged to my debit card, even though I did not want the subscription to renew.
During this process, I had great difficulty finding anyone to contact at Canva. Reaching support or customer service was nearly impossible. Eventually, I managed to cancel the subscription on my own, and I am no longer using the service at all.
My request is that the $44 annual fee charged for this unwanted Pro subscription be refunded to my debit card, and that Canva fix these forced renewal and difficult cancellation processes so other users do not experience the same problem.
