Canva Keeps Charging My Card Even After I Canceled My Membership
Even though I canceled my Canva subscription at the end of November, my card is still being charged on a regular basis. Specifically, around $6 is charged every month on the 30th with the description “canva*04715-28748350,” and I am seriously concerned that another charge will be made again on January 30.
After canceling my subscription, I never received any confirmation email, yet the system continues to charge my card as if my membership were still active. On top of that, I have been unable to find a proper contact number or a clear support channel, so I have had no opportunity to speak with Canva directly. For the past two to three months, money has been taken from my card without my consent or approval.
This situation is both damaging to trust and unfair to the user. I demand that the cancellation of my subscription be urgently reviewed, that all unauthorized charges taken from my card be fully refunded, and that I receive a clear and written assurance that no further charges will be made to my account or card. Otherwise, I want it clearly stated that I am prepared to pursue legal action.
