I Demand Technical Service for My Unresolved Canon Printer Problem
On February 16, 2026, I purchased a Canon-brand printer, product number 500137513, through Avansas. For roughly the past month, we've been having ongoing problems with the printer's computer connection system, and as a result, we haven't been able to use the product properly.
After running into this problem, we contacted Avansas multiple times. Each time, we were told that the device came with technical service support, that a case had been logged, and that we'd receive a follow-up — but to this day, we still haven't heard back, and the problem is still ongoing in exactly the same way.
Our order number is 841658346. I'm requesting that authorized technical service be arranged for us without further delay, and that our connection issue be resolved.
