Canon LBP631CW Printer Stops Printing Documents Sent From Computer
I am using a Canon LBP631CW color printer. The printer initially started giving frequent errors when printing documents sent from my computer, and for the past one or two months it has been causing intermittent problems.
At this point, the printer still receives the print jobs and places the documents into the print queue, but it no longer prints anything at all.
I learned online that the product comes with a 3-year warranty, and I believe my printer is still under warranty coverage. However, I have been unable to reach Canon technical service or customer support.
Twice now, I have waited on the phone for approximately one hour in the support queue, but just as my turn was about to come up, the call was disconnected automatically and the phone line dropped. Because of this, I have not been able to explain my issue to any representative.
I request that the printer’s malfunction and warranty status be properly checked and clarified. If necessary, I also request that the product be repaired or replaced under warranty coverage.
In addition, I would like Canon to provide a clear and reliable communication channel through which I can successfully reach technical support and customer service without repeated disconnections.
