Canon Photo Printer Won’t Connect, Customer Support Unreachable
I’m facing an issue with my Canon photo printer, which is still under warranty. Despite having all cables properly connected, the printer displays “offline” and won’t establish a connection. I’ve tried contacting Canon customer service multiple times, but I can never get through. Each time I call, I’m kept waiting for 15–20 minutes, only for the line to hang up or instruct me to wait for a callback, which never happens.
It’s incredibly disappointing that a world-renowned brand like Canon has such a flawed and inefficient phone support system. The automated voice message always says, “Your position in line is 4, and your estimated wait time is 17 minutes,” but it seems like a looped recording.
I urgently need support to resolve this issue. I expect Canon to live up to its reputation by providing proper customer service and fixing the problem with my printer.
