I bought a Canon MF655 printer three weeks ago, set it up, and used it once. Now, the printer and PC, both on the same network, can't detect each other. I’ve tried contacting Canon's technical support numerous times, but either I can’t get through, or when I do, they say there’s no issue and tell me to call a technician.
I brought in a technician, who spent 4 hours trying to fix what should have been a simple 10-minute job, with no success. I asked Canon to send a technician, but they told me they don’t have field technicians. I run a small tutoring center, and the amount of money I’ve spent on external printing is now equal to the cost of the printer. This situation needs to be resolved immediately!
I have received enough information, tomorrow I will go to the Consumer Rights committee and I will also file a lawsuit for material and moral compensation. If there is no technical service, then do not sell a technical device, sell a whisk.
