Canon E414 Printer Prints Yellow Instead of Red After Third Cartridge Refill

I purchased a Canon E414 printer about two months ago, and initially, it worked perfectly. I've refilled the cartridges three times so far, but after the third refill, it suddenly stopped printing red and now only prints yellow in its place. I’ve tried all the suggested cleaning and resetting steps, but the issue persists. I can’t understand why this would happen out of nowhere. I need assistance in resolving this color issue, as it’s affecting my ability to print accurately.
