Canon IX6850 Printer Stopped Printing Red After 3 Months
I purchased a Canon IX6850 printer, and after only three months, it stopped printing in red. I rely on this printer for my photography business, primarily for passport photos, so this malfunction has severely impacted my work. When I took it to Canon’s service center, they claimed I must have used compatible cartridges instead of genuine ones because the printer, with its original cartridges, supposedly couldn't have printed close to 300 copies. This assumption is unfounded and frustrating.
Now, Canon says I need to pay for a print head replacement, which is both unexpected and unacceptable for a nearly new printer. A brand-new printer failing within just three months is disappointing, and I expected Canon to stand behind their product. I've since had to buy a new printer from another brand, costing me around ₺20,000 with additional ink supplies. I urge Canon to take responsibility and provide a free repair or replacement for my printer.
