Canon E414 Printer and Scanner Malfunction — Constant Ink Error and Mode Switch Problem
I purchased a Canon E414 printer and scanner from Amazon about a year ago, and I’ve been experiencing issues with the device since the day I bought it. It’s very difficult to switch to scanner mode, and after scanning, the device fails to return to printer mode. Additionally, it constantly shows an ink error, even though the cartridge is full — I recently replaced it and have barely used it.
This issue occurs every time I try to use the device, making it impossible to use efficiently. Although the product is still under warranty, I’ve had major difficulties reaching Canon customer support — I called several times, waited for over 16 minutes each time, and never received an answer.
I am requesting a replacement device and ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
