I Can’t Recover My Candy Crush Saga Account Because Password Reset Emails Don’t Arrive
I logged out of my Candy Crush Saga account and now I can’t get back in—no matter what I do. I entered my correct email address, and when I click on the “reset password” option, the app says it has sent a reset email. But nothing ever arrives in my inbox. I’ve checked my spam and junk folders multiple times, and there’s absolutely no message from Candy Crush.
This means I’m completely locked out of my old account, where I’ve made years of progress and likely spent over ₺1,000 in total purchases. All of that is now inaccessible, and there’s no real support or live help to guide me through the issue.
King, how can such a popular game have such a broken recovery system? I’m not asking for much—I just want access to my own account. Please investigate why your system isn’t sending recovery emails and help me retrieve my old data. I refuse to start over from scratch after all this time and effort.
