I reached level 4000 in Candy Crush Saga, only to have my progress reset back to level 1. I attempted various methods, but unfortunately, none of them yielded the desired results. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but unfortunately, my account seems to have disappeared. What steps should I take to resolve this issue? I'm really confused about why this happened.
