Candy Crush Saga Charged Me 4 Times for Moves That Were Never Delivered
I purchased moves in Candy Crush Saga for ₺109, but due to an internet issue, I was charged four times. Despite the multiple charges, the moves were never loaded into my account. I’m really upset that such a problem occurred, especially after so much time of using mobile payment without issues. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive what I paid for. This experience has made me seriously consider quitting the game altogether. I request an immediate refund for the undelivered moves and hope this issue is resolved promptly. Please address this as soon as possible.
