I Lost Access to My eFootball Account Email and Can’t Recover My Konami Data
About a week ago, I lost access to the email address linked to my eFootball Konami account, and since then, I’ve been unable to transfer or recover my account data. I’ve tried everything—email recovery steps, contacting support, filling out forms—but nothing has worked.
What’s even more frustrating is that I still have my Konami User ID, yet no one has helped me log back in using that. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, but their responses have been either automated or completely unhelpful.
