I Face Login Issues on Zula Despite Resetting My Password Correctly

I have a Zula account that I spent money on and played for a long time. After taking a break for a few months, I reinstalled the game and tried to log in using my password, but it showed an incorrect password error. Thinking I might have forgotten it, I used the “reset password” option and followed the steps sent to my email to successfully change my password.

However, even after resetting the password, I still cannot log into my account. Every time I try, it says the password is incorrect. This situation is very frustrating because I spent my own money on this account and played the game with genuine enjoyment. Now, despite following all the correct steps, I am locked out of my own account.

I am requesting immediate help from the Zula support team to restore my account access. If my account cannot be recovered, I expect a full refund for the money I spent on it.
