This morning, I was shocked to find that ₺339 had been taken from my account by CamScanner for a Premium subscription I never agreed to. I did not authorize any purchase, and I absolutely did not intend to subscribe to the Premium version. I simply used the app, and suddenly I’m being charged for something I never asked for.
I don’t want Premium, I never chose Premium, and I already canceled the subscription the moment I saw the charge. But I need that ₺339 refunded immediately—I didn’t approve this, and I need that money back.
CamScanner, please do the right thing and return the money you took without permission. I’m waiting for a quick resolution.
