CamScanner Charged Me After Trial Cancelation – I Want to Use My Right of Withdrawal

I downloaded the CamScanner app just to test it out, and I forgot to cancel before the trial ended. As soon as I realized this, I canceled the subscription, but the payment had already been processed. Now, I want to use my legal right of withdrawal, yet I still haven’t received my refund.

I spoke with my bank and they confirmed the charge is still in authorization (provision) status, so if CamScanner cancels it on their end, the money can be returned easily. I’ve done everything I’m supposed to—now it’s on you to fix this.

CamScanner, please respect customer satisfaction and process my refund immediately. I’m waiting for your response and action.
