Camper after-sales service is a fiasco. I have a Camper Beetle half boot with a half nubuck and half fabric upper. I only wore the shoes during the summer months, alternating with another pair, so in total they were on my feet for a maximum of 70 to 80 days. Within 1.5 years, the fabric part completely faded and the navy blue shoes turned a pinkish color. I sent them in for a warranty review and received a vague and careless response saying this happens if you do not take care of them. I am also sharing the "Shoe Care" section from the Camper website for the same model. I have realized that Camper's after-sales service is a complete failure. As someone who has only worn Camper shoes aside from sneakers for the past four years and currently owns five pairs, I am deeply let down. Is it really so difficult for a company like Camper to employ a few experts or outsource services to handle such complaints properly? I have taken good care of the nubuck, inner lining, and sole, but apparently failed to care for the fabric part, which I still do not know how to maintain since there is no guidance on the website. Even the store staff were surprised when they saw the condition of the shoe and the response I received. I now believe this model is only suitable for indoor use, and I share this for the awareness of future buyers.
